SHELDON ST CHURCH

We affirm ourselves as a multi-racial and multi-cultural church and accept as our mission God's call to do justice, to practice love and mercy, and to walk humbly with God through Christ, welcoming and ministering to all peoples, in all places as we have opportunity.

We hold dual allegiance both with the American Baptists and with the United Church of Christ. We commit ourselves to cooperate with sister churches in both denominations, and ecumenically for the uplifting of the whole Church of God and for the welfare of this world
